Frequently asked questions

Connecting orgs & running analyses
How many orgs can I connect?

One production org and up to five sandboxes. You can connect them in any order — a sandbox can come first — but every org must belong to the same Salesforce account (same My Domain family).

Why can't I connect my sandbox?

The usual reason is that it belongs to a different Salesforce account than the orgs already connected. All orgs on a Noetic account must share the same production org (same My Domain family) — one Noetic account per Salesforce customer.

How many analyses can I run?

Plans include five analysis runs per org per day. During the current beta this limit may be relaxed. Your usage is shown in My Account → Membership.

How do I remove an org?

My Account → Org connections → Remove. This deletes the org's saved analysis from your account; other connected orgs are unaffected.

Your data & security
Does Noetic store my Salesforce credentials?

No. Salesforce access tokens stay in your browser and are never stored on Noetic's servers. That's also why a new device shows your saved analyses but asks you to reconnect before running a fresh one.

Can Ariad change anything in my org?

No. Ariad reads metadata and configuration to analyse it — it never writes to your org. The same is true of MCP access, which only reads stored analysis results.

Will my analyses survive logging out or switching devices?

Yes. Results are saved to your account and restore on any device you log into. Salesforce connections themselves don't transfer — reconnect when you want to run a new analysis from a new device.

How do I delete my data?

Removing an org deletes its saved analysis. Deleting your account (My Account → Profile & Security) removes your profile and all stored analyses. See the privacy notice for details.

MCP & integrations
What can an AI agent see through MCP?

Only your stored analysis results: findings, counts, history and org metadata (names, instance URLs, last-analysed dates). It cannot see or touch your Salesforce org, and access is read-only.

I've lost an MCP key — what do I do?

Keys are shown once and can't be recovered. Revoke the lost key in My Account → Integrations (revocation is immediate) and generate a new one.
